30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Have proof of purchase or order number

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Change of Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind, you may return your order within 30 days.

Please note:

  • The item must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit

We will cover all shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied products.


Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure.
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • Have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Products that have been used outdoors
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Products damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items:

We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.


Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply.
